Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed and with all artistic tags still attached, to qualify for a successful processing.

  Package & Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop the parcel at your nearest courier point.

  Refund or Store Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned piece, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
